The strips are washable and reusable and each strip lasts about 10x. Five strips come in a box which is approximately a 50 day supply when washed and stored properly. Store in a cool, dry place.

• To remove, gently lift from each end and slowly pull off towards the center
• Wash after each use with gentle soap and water. Air dry adhesive side up.
