Return Policy

At OptiStrips, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 21 days of purchase under the conditions outlined below. These situations are handled on a case-by-case basis.

To start a return please contact us at contactus@optistrips.com. Once our Customer Service Team receives your email, we will get back to you within 3-5 business days. They will then determine if a refund or store credit is warranted. 

For Unopened Products:

If your product meets this criteria we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label, as well as detailed instructions on how to send your package back to us. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. 

For Opened or Gently Used Products:

If the product is opened or gently used a Customer Service Rep will give you guidance on how to proceed. 

If approved for a store credit, and a return is warranted, we will provide a return shipping label. The cost of the shipping label will be deducted from the amount to be credited, or you may opt to use your own return label.

Important: Items returned without first contacting us will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

We kindly request that you inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the incorrect product, please contact us promptly at contactus@optistrips.com. We will assess the situation and take the necessary steps to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Please note: Sale items are non-returnable.


Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since the approval of your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at contactus@optistrips.com for further assistance.


Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept exchanges for any OptiStrip products. As our products are designed for direct skin contact, exchanging opened or used items presents significant health and hygiene concerns. Should you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us at contactus@optistrips.com.


International Orders

Please be aware that we do not accept returns or process refunds for orders shipped outside the United States. All international sales are final. If you have any questions or concerns before placing an international order, please reach out to us at contactus@optistrips.com for clarification.
