Refund policy


Customers may return items for a full refund within 21 days of purchase, provided the products are all unused, unopened and are still in their original condition and packaging.

To start a return, please reach out to  info@OptiStrips.com.
 
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers will be responsible for handling the shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund total.

 

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Sale items are not eligible for return.

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchange Policy

 

Due to the nature of our product, we are unable to accept exchanges for any Esti Solutions purchases. As our products are designed to adhere directly to the skin, exchanging items that have been opened or used poses significant health and hygiene risks. Please reach out to info@OptiStrips.com.  for any issues.
